So last winter, at Aldi's they sold these packets of fondue cheese....I just stuck them into the freezer because we weren't ready to do fondue then. So tonight, I thawed one out to have with some chips along with sandwiches for dinner. Holy bucket, Aldi's got the cheese right, even using kirsch (or cherry brandy) as one of the ingredients. I'm impressed.

And Nanne is in for the color job tonight.

Sorry, I find goaltenders boring. Plus, all these years later, I'm still miffed that we gave away Khudobin to Boston for essentially NOTHING. We did that before we learned that Harding had MS, traded Hacket, traded Kuemper, and dealt with other goaltending woes over the seasons. Imagine the better situation would be had we a decent, serviceable goaltender in the organization.

Although the wife of LIG's brother doesn't like traditional pumpkin pie. She makes this pumpkin chiffon pie with a graham cracker crust. The filling has a weird taste. Give me regular pumpkin pie thank you very much.
