My way too early predictions for Canada:

 

L1: Verhaege-McDavid-Marner

L2: Bedard-Crosby-MacKinnon

L3: Stamkos-Point-Barzal

L4: Dubois-Thomas-Stone

Bench: Marchand, Cozens

 

D1: Toews-Makar

D2: Theodore-Pietrangelo

D3: Byram-Morrisey

D4: Pelech-Dobson

 

Hart

Levi

Kuemper
