Hey Guys, Jagr is the reason Giroux&Hartnell had great seasons,Jagr's the HOFamer. I have serious doubts about Giroux or Hartnell making the Hall. The whole team is down,not one player. The young guys really added something thats been missing here a long time. I hope Homer continues to "Build through the Draft"! No matter how the playoffs turn out,this was a great season.

The Flyers aren't offering much physical resistance,there are players on the team that can help. Lavi makes the decisions,good&bad.

Put fresh troops in! Shelley,Sestito,&Rinaldo could demo for Shanahan what a real hit to the head is. These guys are rested,and could give Larry's superior defensive system a real test. If somebody would be willing to lay some body work on some of the Devils I think you would seean immediate change in momentum. The Devils are skating at will,taking a lot of liberties with Bryzo,generally pushing the Flyers around and humiliating the whole team.Time to send Lamorello a message!!!! How about it Lavi? In my opinion Zubrus masterfully embellished the hit by Giroux,of course none of the officials saw it that way.

The Flyers have either quit,are just too banged up,sick of Lavi's BS,lost their desire to apply the body,Etc. They are just plain being out worked,with the same number of players on both sides,the "Larry Robinson Defensive system" is just total BS excuse. Lavi is not using what is available,when "Big O" is goofing off Dale Hunter benches him,seems to work. Now lets see,last year it was the goalie go round,this year its the "The Hockey Players who weren't there"!

For the next game(like the rangers&sens) Lavi should start the game with Shelley,Sestito&Rinaldo to see if we can get a little respect,from the Devils. My guess is after the first intermission of the second game the officials told the Flyers they could only stick check and to be nice to the Devils because thats all they have been doing. Lavi seems to be losing control of the team or maybe he agrees with the officials. His contract runs out in December,Right? At this point it ain't lookin' good guys. What a revoltin' development this is!

It was there in Pitt,it was there in game one with the Devils.While I like the effort Wellwood brings,I think for this series Sestito would be a better choice. He need to play with the better forwards and not a goon line. Lavi doesn't seem to appreciate how physical player's presence on ice helps keep the other team's heads up. Sestito is a guy who I'm sure the Devils would like to avoid. He doesn't have to fight,just be on the ice.

Twenty nine teams aren't going to win the Cup! Happens every year. Thats why there is next year.

The Flyers have six players when the puck is in their end and the opposition have five. If everybody does their job,no problem.The Flyers are not working hard(like they were in Pitt),they stand around,don't skate hard to get back on defense,and Lavi has to use more of the bench. The guys are wearing out. Let Rinaldo&Sestito massage Marty next game.

This team lacks a real leader on the ice. Giroux is not the guy. A leader is a person who believes "Action speaks louder than words". None here! Clarkie,Lindros, these guys were leaders.

It seems like since the first period of the second game,the fire went out. Without a strong leader(Pronger) the guys seem to have lost their way. Maybe its time for a Sestito or Rinaldo for a little inspiration. The boys need some help. Pronto!!
