    So what happens if we go from potentially Parise and Suter to neither and no Carle. Who do we sign then? That is a huge different mindset from what the Flyers are thinking with Parise and Suter, to what could actually happen.

    I thought they benched him in the playoffs when he was healthy. What a wasted trade. I would be nervous to have him out there full time. I think he would be more of a give-away machine then Carle.

    I can't see him giving up Schenn after all the hubbub over the Schenn brothers playing together. I believe Schenn and Couturier will develop into bigger stars than Nash.

    No way. Schenn and Couturier could surpass Nash as bigger star players once they fully develop.

    Yes I understand that, but wouldn't u say Suter is a huge upgrade over Carle? Imo that is how I see it. I am not a big Carle hater.

    Yeah it almost seems too obvious to actually do that. I think we could handle the extra 3 million, but then there is the problem of him wanting to play in Philly. If we have no chance at Suter then I think it is imperative we sign Carle. The hard part is trying to deal with Suter, but hope Carle doesn't start talking to teams and go elsewhere and then if we lose out on Suter we are screwed.

    Curse of the hockey jersey. Bought my Son a JVR jersey for last Christmas. Any Leafs fans want a used JVR jersey. Years ago I also bought a Mike Ricci jersey I wore for half a Season. Is it safe to buy any player's jersey these days?
