Coming into this year CG hurts his wrist golfing (total BS IMO) and has been a shell of his former self. There has to be something wrong with him both mentally and physically. I have never seen a player go from such a highly talented and capable player to something that is literally an embarassment. But that's a point - they said it again today "you can't change the players." They HAVE changed the players. They've changed the coach. They've changed the goalie. And there are still rampant locker room issues, There are still issues with conditioning. There are still issues playing 60 minutes. Guys "not buying in." While players who they have said "good riddance" to have gone on to success with other franchises. The one thing they haven't changed is the one thing they are 100% certain is working for them. Them. We all watched the games Mason played last season and how much better the team played with him moving the puck. Ed Snider knows that as well. Look for a good run this season with Mason and Emery in net, If one gets on a roll, we will go far... Go Flyers...

Lavy needs fired. You have Mason playing extremely well and u put that piece of garbage in goal. I sure think Homer has some input on who plays the most important game of the season. Bryz price tag makes him the guy to play. I went to Rangers game on Tuesday and there was so much energy with Mason in net. There is no way that Homer and Ed Snider can watch the game live on Thursday and NOT see how bad the team plays with Bryz in net. The difference is like night and day. The team plays tight with Bryzaster, Loose with Mason. Lavy is not the problem here,

There is a team chemistry issue with Bryz and in many games it is so obvious, soft goals only make it worse. the team deflates like a stuck balloon. Yes the D is banged up but that is when you need a goalie to move the puck, Mason gives this team so much more besides a cheap price tag. We need an aggressive goalie that can control the puck. It was a good game up to the Simmonds penalty then lights out. This Flyers team will not win with the stupid penalties and the turnovers right past our own blue line. They did not do that last night and had a chance to win the game, just like the win against the Rangers earlier in the season, If they play smart, they can win..

Bryz has 2 major problems with his game. 1 being that he cannot handle the puck or he is afraid to do so. 2 being that he cannot poke check. Another major flaw is his lack of aggressiveness when taking on shooters past the circles. Look at Nash goal last night and he was still in the paint when the d men had the other guys. Yeah it was a good shot but another foot out and it is a big save.. There is no way this team is going anyplace with Bryz in net. Period, with or without Yoda and Darth Vader on his stupid mask..
