caluso Posted November 3, 2013 Posted November 3, 2013 You talk about accountability. With about 2 minutes to go in the second period, Read turned the puck over at his own blueline as is his custom, followed by "Coots" feebly waving at a Devil to regain possession of the puck. For the next 45 seconds or so, the Devils had numerous quality scoring chances. If I were Berube, neither player would see the ice again. I am sick of watching the same mistakes and lack of hustle, game after game. Quote

caluso Posted November 3, 2013 Author Posted November 3, 2013 Trade them both ... while they have some Value ..WHAT VALUE? I love when announcers say how "smart" Read is (because he went to college) and how much potential Couturier has because he's only 20 (as if you start to hustle and learn to skate when you get "older"). Read is vastly over-rated, a decent third liner whom Holmgren has overpaid (SHOCKER); Couturier is such a bad skater, it's almost comical - like when he almost fell over trying to turn. Quote
