yave1964 Posted January 21, 2014 Posted January 21, 2014 Alex Galchenyuk is out with a broken wrist for 6 weeks or so, his timing, if such a thing can ever be good actually is not that bad with a shut down for the Olympics on the horizon. Galchenyuk has started becoming a bit of a force. 10 goals, 23 points 7 on the power play, centering the second line. The question is with him out, which one of the Hab's will step up and pick up the scoring pace? My money is on Brendan Gallagher. The second year player has quietly been having a nice season and with the reemergence of David Desharnais seems to be in line for more minutes and I would not be surprised for him to wind up with near 30 goals by the end of the season.
