All-Time Boston Bruins Team

Round four! This time, we're taking a look at the Boston Bruins. The same disclaimers as always apply, of course.

 

Boston is deepest at defense and in net. Not so much at left wing. I'm pretty sure I made a change from my all-time list in the other thread putting Thompson over Brimsek, but that list was a little more off the top of my head in some instances than this is. Thoughts?

 

First Line: Johnny Bucyk, Phil Esposito, Cam Neely

Second Line: Woody Dumart, Bill Cowley, Rick Middleton

Third Line: Wayne Cashman, Milt Schmidt, Ken Hodge

Fourth Line: Vic Stasiuk, Patrice Bergeron, Herb Cain

 

First Defensive Pair: Bobby Orr, Ray Bourque

Second Defensive Pair: Eddie Shore, Dit Clapper

Third Defensive Pair: Zdeno Chara, Fern Flaman

 

Goaltenders: Tiny Thompson, Frank Brimsek, Tim Thomas

 

Coach: Art Ross
