He is an arrogant and entitled player.  From Madison, through US Team, Nashville, and Wild.  He is full of himself.  He dictates his ice time, partners, coaches, contract, etc., with not a look in the mirror EVER in terms of performance.  He is too comfortable and unchallenged by his owner, and himself.  Time to find a way to cut bait.
