If you had Gordie Howe's stick from 1964/65 season, signed by a heap (all?) of the team...how would you go about preserving it? My Dad got given this by either Sid Abel or Gordie. They didn't win the cup that year but finished on top at the end of the season I believe. I want to make sure it's looked after so I can pass it down to my kids eventually. Living in Australia there's not a heap of interest in hockey but I realize it's a pretty special item and any ideas or tips on stopping it from decaying or fading would be appreciated, Cheers.
