Sorry I know there is alot of Bryz threads but this have to end now. I've had it. He have at best being mediocre all along the season and the 1st and 2nd goal against us tonight was brutal. I cant see that Bob can be worse. I dont give a rat *** how much sallary Bryz have at the moment, he must sit. You cant win any games letting soft goals like that in. And look how he is reacting... Its like he is drunk or sleepwalking.

I think the price was to hight for him. On the other hand we did pretty good, I dont think we got robbed but we didnt rob Dallas. I think Grossman will be very usefull, when it rains you can pay a little bit more for an umbrella. We need size on the D.

Bob did good last year too. Remember that its common that a rookie golie have a bad 2nd year, thats not the case with Bob. The roblem is that he was shaky last playoff... Im sure he would handle it much better this year or years to come. He will grow into it.

BRYZ playes good sometimes. The problem is that he sometimes sucks terrible much.

He deserves a thread! he gets alot of negative becouse he is not a fancy player and we all know his skating isnt world class. Well honestly his skating is really really bad but as a player and person, his attitude! I love him. He brings 100% in almost every game and he score goals. I've been on the "trade hartnell train" but no more. Im ashamed for that. Big ups for his hat trick vs boston! Keep it up Harts!

Yes! Flyers is giving Bryz a fair chance but he is not taking it. This is why and read careful. Some people doesnt notice the details. Here is one very clear detail: Look at the penelty shot from Seguin. Bryz decides to fall forward and make saves at both way. So far, nothing wrong with that. But the dude makes a junior hockey mistake. And you see those mistakes all the time in all games. The mistake is that he doesnt have contact with the post. His skate must contact the post or the move is useless. I dont know why he is doing this? its just sad to watch. Bryz is making good saves and sometimes huge briljant saves. But when you see those few simple junior hockey mistakes you just wonder WTF.

When I see this I just feel Boy you are in the wrong league in the wrong country. I dont blame him for what he feels. I would probebly feel the same way but he is in NHL. NHL is a business and media a huge part of it. Welcome to reality Bryz. To be a NHL golie is not only about being a golie, its more to it.

Digi: I think you are right but not all the way. Having both Bob and Bryz is expensive and as you said they wont win it for us. We need to cut one of them. That would give us money... actually that would give us BIG money to spend on a short term back-up to Bob and a D-man.

Off topic: Dont you guys think its time to get Couturier off the 4th line? He is one hell of a smart player with a good reach and a good shot. He is doing great on the 4th but I think he deserves more ice time. Like the Islanders game. Giroux and Jagr didnt have a nice evening, why not move Couturier up then. He is a guy that can turn games.

I agree about the playoffs. I think he will be much better. Honestly, the linesmates hadnt crossed my mind I would like to see Simmonds, Briere and Couturier. Thats would probebly one hell of an 2nd line.

Strugglin again? he has been ok in some games and had a couple of great games but I think he have een strugglin for the most of the time. Bryz is not 100%. Bryz is slow. He is not at it. Reaction is not there. He cant handle the sallary and the pressure to be the Nr1. I dont think he will get better this season.

I think new helmets will have minor impact. Its all about the speed and players who arnt preperad for the hit. You cant prevent a concussion with a helmet becouse it doesnt stop the head from moving, its the motion that makes the concussion becouse the brain moves inside.

Becouse Alfredsson's history. Spezza becouse that huge hype around him when he joined NHL, it stays with him. Lupul becouse he play in Toronto. Milan Michalek? I have noo idea. Giroux is a flyers player. Thats why. Kind of unknowed and unhyped if you compare to other.

I agree. Its Rangers for me too. Devils had the first spot in the beginning of the millenium for awhile with their booooring trap-system. I dont live in philly (obviously) so I miss the real rivalty feeling, I guess the pens really push your buttons overthere. To me its: 1.Ranger 2.Devils 3.Pens 4.Toronto (its personal) 5.Boston

I've had it with gamling to our roster. Emery did ok but with his personality it was a risk anyway. I dont remember him being solid but ok.

I agree but at the same time Versteeg didnt do very well with us. Maybe it also was a Lavy decision to let versteeg go i dont know.
