If we accept that Schenn is a winger - at least for this year - then there is a natural spot for Vinny.

 

Even with Vinny, there are at least 3 question marks in that lineup - Akeson, Bellemare, and Laughton. None are assured a roster spot. So giving away a forward for basically nothing weakens our forward group. Unless, of course, one believes that Schenn is much better suited as 2nd line center.

having problems with phone pics! Light is Flyers uniform skates,stick and helmet. Also have a night light it is big shaped like a lunch box all nice and clean.

First the NHL is a business! Then most of these owners are pals for the most parts so the usually don't screw with each other.  My point there is rippling affects in league towards the teams that make offers. What a coincidence.  I was thinking just yesterday how much of a return we would get for Giroux?  I don't see this team being playoff competitive for quite a while unless some major shakeup happens on defense.  If that can't happen then it makes sense to trade Giroux for a fortune and rebuild with quality prospects timed with the arrival of our defensive prospects already in the system.
