    Give some credit to Lombardi and the rest of their brain trust. I had hope Lombrdi spent time with the Flyers because he was going to be the next GM. They built a good team who are plying over their heads. Getting into the playoffs(just about) proves the old cliche if you get in you can win,

    He should not have to wait to go into the HOF. What I did not like about him was he did not play for us.

    Rux a new President at Central. Did not see your name I guess they just don't know real talent. Speaking of talent Flyers had enough to go around but several members did not step up. Hope all is well.

    There had been some talk early on that the youth might not be ready to play as many games so soon. Seem like they many of them did end up not able to go to the distance? Jagr seemed to show his age and the wrong time. Hartnell did notbring his season play into the playoffs. Talbot and Giroux are not part of this group. They came and stayed to play. One of my favorite sayings is ,"YOU can't swing a dead cat around in the Flyers locker room without hitting somebody to blame."

    Never had a discipline problem and I can see Colin Campbell telling Shanhan how to do this one. Colon(sic) has always hated the Fl;yers and they want to make sure no comeback for the Flyers in this series.

    I thought first OT was an anomaly in that the home team has the long change. A little help on this one please.

    The D with the exception of Coburn and a somewhat Grossman(still hurt?) are easy to watch because they never move. Still comes down to the Goalie has to be the best player on the ice. Offense if you continually go ring around the rosie with the net chances are the opposition D and O will get back to set up against you sometimes when you skate in instead of going around the net SHOOT the %$#@&^*puck.

    If they win this series it willbe in spite of Bryzgalov not because of him. Having said all that not much coming from the rest of the team lately.

    Hartnall moved down Voraceck or somebody else moved up to first line. You can't get the first goal and think you are going to win 1 to 0.

    This stuff happens. So this is just more proof that Colin Campbell should have kept his mouth shut, These are real people on real ice not some video game.

    How about Bryzgalov for Luongo maybe a change of scenery will help them both. Sure would make me feel better. LOL

    In this case it is the Logo on the front and the name on the back. They get away with more than any other team.

    Bryzgalov looked like Kawliga the wooden indian made famous by Hank Williams. I bet more than half of us could see he was not right from the get go. They won in spite of him the first three games not because of him. You stop the puck it lands at your feet you don't look at it you pounce on it.

    Most of the blame can go to Lavvy. It doesn't take a genius to see Bryz did not have it from the start. Early easy goals gave the Pens life and they ran with it. Winning one of the next three will be just as hard as going for a sweep. Sorry to sound like a downer but it is hard to look up at this point.
