    Still nothing on TSN.com about Mark Howe. but they did mention that Crosby is back on the ice.

    A little more on the fake Santa. He was in the stands and was wearing a seedy Santa outfit. The REAL Santa did not show up so they asked him to get on the float. The crowd threw snowballs with the intent being they were angry at GM Coach Joe Kuharik . he was not doing a good job at either. When asked why he did not make any moves to improve the Eagles he replied,"why Franklin Field is sold every Sunday." There are several good writeups on the subject and before statements are made about the incident maybe som reseearch is in order.

    Let him who is without sin cast the first puck. Danny's production and overall play leaves a lot to be desired. So shut up and play hockey.

    Where was the midget Bettman? I had chills watching it on Center Ice here in Sarasota. Now a victory will really make my night.

    Not only is it typical O and B coverage by sport venues TSN does not have one line about Mark even with his Father in attendance.

    You have a team that scores the most goals in the league and all they can muster is one goal. That is definitely the goal tenders win. I am as tough on him as anybody but he made me shut up for now.

    Anybody? How many day games come later in the season. I have no facts but they seem to happen more often near the end. I wonder if the basketball and other entertainment venues enter into the schedule? Sorry no answers just questions.

    Just a thought on drafting goalies. Goal scorers fill the seats goalies not so much.

    What did they say about the Penalty Shot? There was a time when it was a rarity now it is a status symbol for the Ref to make the call??

    Jack the man is a disaster. Mechanically Mentaly and I don't see him ever working out in Philly. JMO

    Too much of Individual effort and not enough team work. Simmonds in front of the net and the shots go everywhere else or get blocked. Passing is a lost art with more than one player. If you try to force the issue chances are it is not getting through.

    Yes the old rule don't bite the hand that feeds you. The other night Morganti did not pull an punches about the soft goals. Bryz only faced 22 shots with most of the play at the other end his overall performance still needs work..

    He is being called on to fill in for Pronger. Tough job but somebody has to do it.
