Yeah that right handed shot on the point is sorely needed! I will say the game before Lilja got hurt was his best game in a Flyer uni. Lilja really must stop all that clutching and grabbing especially if he is so OBVIOUS with it, he sucks at concealing it....the good ones can and he CAN'T!!!!

It's really more two fold. Bryz struggles to stop the puck at times and the forwards struggle to score when needed... ...thank God there are no shootouts in the playoffs!!!

Getting guys back soon ie. Mezz and Kubina would be real nice and would certainaly aid in the quest!!!!!!!!!

Really him catching mono was kind of a blessing for at least the Flyers...mostly the reason he feel to them.

Well last night this GrossmanN played close to, if not the best game yet for us. Maybe i'm forgetting one...anyways we MUST RESIGN him now, before he himself drives up his price...i have to try REALLY,REALLY hard to find something wrong with his game that i don't like. Besides Kimmo and Braydon's acquisition...Nick's been Homer's best Dman he's landed either signed or traded for. I imagine he's only going to get better. He is everything this team needs.

And to think making 4.25 million a year many of us(i'll admit i may have been one at times) here wanted to move Hartnell if he would have waived his NTC. Maqking it hard to decide to break he and Coburn up when Kimmo is healthy...maybe Mezz and Kimmo will be paired together when back healthy! Hell of a Dcorp of yo ask me! Deepest in the NHL from 1-10 with out a doubt! Carle/Kubina....Kimmo/Mezz....GrossmanN/ Coby...Gus/Bourdon...Manning/Lilja..future looks better now. Bryz surely has turned his game around at the right time. Will be much needed in the playoffs if the Flyers are going to have any luck going deep in the playoofs. Can't see them getting as luck as the Cup run avoiding the Rangers, Bruins,Devils and almost would throw Ottawa in there. Great goaltending will seperate the contenders and pretenders.... ...hard to believe they have accomplished all this without Prongs, Kimmo, Mezz, JVR and Voracek all out of the lineup. Keep it rolling verse the Devils!!!!!!

Wow nice wheels on Manning. (2 gms +2) Decent size too. Solid play so far, looks new bout has pretty much held his own. For myself he has bumped Lilja out the lineup. Wow Gus, Bourdon, and now Manning (and hopefully Kessel) makes more sense now that they shipped out the under achieving Marshall (who was a RFA anyways) so these other guys could get bigger minutes. Suddenly the future blueline looks more promising.

Shots just seem to find him because he's so big and he always seems to be in the right spot. He skates real well for a big man, also noticed him skating the puck through the neutral zone and making some nice passes something you just didn't hear about his game that has been on display. The physical presence has really needed without Pronger not a bad wrister from the point either. Hell of a find for Homer. No way they will let him walk, especially since they have trouble drafting defensemen. Edit: His game would have been useful earlier in the season verse the Rangers and Bruin physical type teams,oh well they have him now and we'll see if he makes a difference. He made a difference playing against Malkin in the last Pen's game they played.

Yeah the key is getting everyone healthy for the playoffs, regardless of the seeding it's going to be a battle to the top. Playing well down the stretch is HUGE too, and right now the Rangers are showings signs of cracking....i likey!!!!!!!!!!!!
