I'll never forget this had it set up to record when I left Columbia (S.C.) at 6 pm for a concert at the Farm in Charleston South Carolina with my first wife. Watched some of it at the bar when I had the go grab a beer. Once concert was over drove back go Columbia and one we got home around 2 am in just walked it the house turned it on in time to see the game winner. Amazing.

They tried to move him once. TK and Sanheim are best buds. A nice package to a team trying to make a run like - Winnipeg....or insert another team with assets and space to take them on. Danny would have to be aggressive and creative maybe to some teams with young assets and space i'm not familiar with every teams cap situation.

If they would buy a pair and ship out guys like Konecny, Laughton and Sanheim and well that would help them slide closer to doing that. And it would genuinely be best for the rebuild as well. But i get it keeping TK for the Cup run when he could be 30-31 which isn't too old to help but why i want no more than a 5 year deal because by then you want to be paying him a little less when the deal expires. You're not going to be going damn i wish we locked him longer at that rate by then end. This draft will let us know if they can even find the players they will need to make a great team.

Doesn't matter after just looking over the last 20 Cup winners you pretty much have to have a #1 or #2 overall on the roster to win a Cup. Only teams that didn't was Blues but they had a #3 and #4 overall on them. And the 2003 Devils but they had the 3rd and 5th overall picks on their team. So yeah if they ain't winning a Cup who cares.

Too late for all of that now. We'll just have to hope the front office can fall back on all their previous Cup winning roster building experience. What could go wrong?

I am not suggesting anything stupid but as we have mentioned it's going to be very hard to find a #1 center draft mid round in every 1st round because they are always going for the playoffs. So they are going to have to get creative to find that guy and it may require a lot of assets to obtain. So you can't have it both ways. We have to trust them to use the best method to address this.

We'll keep an eye on this... So it's almost a given IF Michkov comes over someone is going to have to be moved. Especially with Cam Atkinson still stealing a spot in the line up if even but the 13th forward. All the dead weight needs to go. Flyers must prioritize some type of center acquisition somehow some way if not this year at least by next offseason. Martin Necas intrigues me with the Canes up coming cap crunch.
