My guess is a Black runs the business side of the operations and LaFontaine does the on ice/player side. Black can focus his time designing really ugly 3rd jerseys! He came from the Penguins org and it was previously thought he had a more hands on approach with Regier. I guess Pegula has a soft spot for PA folks. Unlike me.
