@AlaskaFlyerFan Just calling them like I see them, could just smell a loss coming.
NOTE: sarcasm font
@jammer2, I was just reinforcing the fact that it's all your fault the Flyers lost. The players had nothing to do it...IT'S ALL YOUR FAULT!!!!

Does this take him off the trade block?

Philly is waaaaay overdue for a loss to the Isles. They're 23-1 over the last 24 games. That doesn't go on forever.
It's your fault if they lose tonight.
Jinxed them. That was ugly.

Was he injured? I don't believe there is a rule that says he has to stay on the bench.
-
Show off! Wish I could do that!

How would we fit Suter cap wise.....and I'm a bit worried about what we would potentially give up to get him.
How about Walker, Shelley, & Leighton? I'd do that trade!

... Weber is one of the guys you actually do want to lock up long-term (7, 8, 9 years). He's in a special category of player, a guy you can build a team around, and there aren't many like that.
I bet these were the exact words spoken when Homer was looking to sign Bryz.

Brad Marchand suspended 5 games
Third instance of suplemental discipline for him. He's only been in the league for a year and a half!

Speechless
And caught on tape!

so thats what podien25 looks like. always wondered
I thought he was in his 40s. He holds his age well.

I didn't mean to imply that was the only reason. There was another thread that cited other reasons why his game is better. A couple other reasons were because his personal life seems to be in order and playing on a line with Giroux and Jagr. My guess is it's a combination of all those factors.
-
His bad influences are gone (Carter & Richards). Now he can concentrate on playing.

4 weeks of filming whittled down to 4 hrs of show. I would love to see some of the clips on the editing room floor.
Great series. 2 things would have made it better:
1. Flyers win the WC game
and
2. Have the entire show dedicated to the Flyers

Guess we need to complain more ;p
Please, no.

@galgonWild - agreed, the Wild have some great prospects - finally. If only they didn't suck so much now.
On a personal matter, I know that you are prolly a 50 year old, balding, dude, but how big are your t!ts? jk - Flyer fan humour right there. Presumably, you`ll get used to it.

So smooth with the ladies.

Isn't it coincidental that Hartnell's game improved at the same time the Hartnell Down count began?
I don't think so, but to be more accurate, when Hartnell found about it is more relevant. He was getting healthy and playing with G. His personal life was stabilizing, and he had a duty as a veteran player to help lead the rookies. As the team's best power forward, he adds to the line chemistry of the dual threats G and Jagr bring.
Both of those and the departure of Richards and Carter.

Giroux not among All-Star Game starters http://www.csnphilly...318&feedID=6572
what a bunch of bs. roo should say no thank get the rest during the AS break and be ready and healthy for the rest of season
I'm pretty sure the players cannot say no to the AS, if selected. They must play or attend if injured. They get suspended if they don't. There were a few players several years ago who didn't play because of injuries (Lidstrom, Datsyuk, Crosby). Datsyuk and Lidstrom did not attend the gameand chose to stay in Detroit to rehab their minor injuries. They were suspended 1 game each. Crosby did not play but he attended the game and did not get suspended.

Hopefully its not a virus.

This is the 10th time supplimental discipline has been handed to Carcillo. I don't think 7 games is enough.
-
Of course, this will be talked about for the next 30 yrs, like booing Santa Clause, throwing batteries, etc.
-
I don't really care what the injury is, as long as the trainers/docs let it heal properly.
That wasn't one of the choices. Try again.

Or post pictures of teabags on his twitter?
Bring teabags to the game. I don't remember who the player is that used to get taunted with twinkies.

OT: Joe Paterno near death

Same thing happened to Bear Bryant. He retired and was dead 6 weeks later.
