The first goal was deflected by Gervais. Actually moved quite a bit. You could tell by Mason's reaction. You couldn't tell at first but when they showed the replay from behind you could see it. Make that a -16 for Gervais.

I do believe that Lavy is gone. I think he know's it. He was showing some serious emotion on the bench. If I was the Flyers I would go for Tippett. He's not resigned by Phoenix and I believe he wants out of that situation.

He's not giving up rebounds that take him out of position. The Leafs broadcast crew were making fun of how out of position he was after rebounds. The game against Montreal he was on the wrong side of the net on a shot from the point. He has become so slow and small in the net it's insane. Every breakaway is a given goal now unless the opposition misses the net. Swallowing up rebounds? The only rebounds that he swallows up are the really easy shots with no one in front.

I would sign someone like Emery to split time. But as soon as they would do that Emery's hip would probably blow up. Isn't that how it works with Flyer goalies.

Can't see him winning without making the playoffs. To me it's Price. Without him there is no way Montreal is ahead of Boston.

Exactly how I felt. At least on every save he made his momentum didn't carry him three feet out of the net like Bryz. I forgot how big he is.

Bernier will NOT be worse than Bryz. Bernier is the real deal. Not even sure what goaltending style Bryz is anymore. The Flyers need to act before someone like Jersey does. Lombardi owes one.

Something happened to Bryz on the plane from Phoenix to Philly. He became very slow and really small in the net. I guess when you have that much money in your pockets it's harder to move fast. And you become scared of the puck. First and third goals last night were something.

Is this Bryz? Shouldn't you be getting ready for the game tonight. I wasn't in favor of the trade but Mason has a huge upside. I don't think the Flyers are done adding goaltenders. The summer should be interesting. I really think Bryz's act has worn thin with the Flyers and has become kind of embarrassing. I will be disappointed if he is not gone this summer.

Why not get both. For what Bishop is going to cost. You still have the pieces to make a pitch for Bernier. I have a feeling Tampa or New jersey will go hard for Bernier in the summer.

Ottawa has let it be known that they are not moving Lehner. He's the real deal. Need to take a run at Bishop. I have seen him completely steal a few games for Ottawa this season. I have been saying this for a couple of months now they need to look at Bishop.

For some reason I think if the Flyers are in on Clowe it's a 3 team deal. Flyers already have a Ryan Clowe and his name is Wayne Simmonds.

For life of me I can't believe he didn't get Bernier in the Richards deal. I still shake my head at that.

Actually for a guy like Hartnell that's a pretty reasonable contract. He left a lot of money on the table to stay in Philly. If you look around the league at some of the guys making 5 mill or more Hartnell brings a lot more to the table. On another topic anyone notice Hartnell tweets yesterday towards his ex-wife. Pretty funny stuff. I'm going to take it that didn't end well. I'll try find them and post them.

I do agree with you on a code GM's have. I was fortunate enough to golf with a former Flyers coach not long ago. He was telling me that when Carolina offered Federov that huge contract way back when it angered a lot of GM's at the time. They pretty much black listed Carolina for a full year. He said at the draft following the offer no would even talk to Rutherford. That was way back in the 97-98 season but I think some GM's still think the same. Although I don't think it's as bad to send an offer sheet now. I think everyone understands the money involved and the pressure to win.

Just seeing if anyone on here has watched the documentary Head Games. If you haven't it's on Netflix. Pretty scary movie if you have suffered concussions in the past. I know for myself a lot of the things Primeau talks about I have experienced in the past. Like motion sickness when driving. I also get pretty bad headaches after games now. I know it's not normal but I can't stop playing. If you haven't watched it check it out. Really puts things in perspective.

He's on the block because of Lehner's play. Ottawa will not give up Lehner so Bishop is the odd man out.

Ottawa gave up a 2nd last year so I'm pretty sure they would want atleast that.
