Myself I would try to include Sanheim in that.

I'd be picking up the phone and calling the Vancouver Canucks to see if they want anyone of the 3 first and go from their make me an offer...

...really make me an offer for anyone on the team.

Can you even move Sanheim at this point? With his terrible season and the contract Chuck rushed against no one to sign?

Like my dad always said. "Proof is in the pudding".....funny guy that dad.

Seriously though. I hope this org goes straight up Rangers on our ass. I just don't have the confidence to believe we have the right people in our FO to make sure the rebuild is a sucess.... Chuck is gone. is that enough?

Nope not enough. Agree a ranger level rebuild would be ideal. I don’t think we have the pieces or the picks to start that yet.

  3. I’m at the point where I hope the other 31 GMs don’t even trade with Chuck. I hope they openly laugh at his offers and flat out refuse him and he’s left to stew in this fetid mess he created with few ways out of it. I want him and the team to tout the ratcliffe “trade” as their marquee move of the TDL and then say “trading is hard” again.

The Philadelphia Flyers announced the club has traded forward Isaac Ratcliffe to the Nashville Predators in exchange for future considerations, according to President of Hockey Operations & General Manager, Chuck Fletcher.

Ratcliffe, 24 (2/15/99), tallied four points (2-2=4), 22 penalty minutes (PIM) and one game-winning goal (GWG) in 26 games with Lehigh Valley of the American Hockey League (AHL) this season. The 6-foot-5, 203-pound native of London, Ontario, owns 56 points (22-34=56), 142 PIM, three power-play goals (PPG) and two GWG in 162 career contests with the Phantoms in five seasons (2017-18; 2019-23). He made his NHL debut with the Flyers on Jan. 29, 2022 vs. Los Angeles and scored his first NHL goal on Feb. 9, 2022 vs. Detroit. The winger owns four career points (1-3=4) in 10 NHL games and was selected by Philadelphia in the second round (35th overall) of the 2017 NHL Entry Draft.
