hf101
The Wild traded Justin Falk to the Rangers for a 6th round pick and 26 year old right wing Benn Ferriero (RFA) who could end up being a decent depth player. He had 30 points in 57 games for AHL Connecticut and Wilkes-Barre. Falk will likely be an everyday player for the Rangers. The Wild's blue line currently looks like this:Suter-BrodinScandella-Spurgeon (unsigned RFA)Stoner-Gilbert ProsserAlthough they are tight to the cap, I think they need another d-man. There has been some talk to acquiring Virginia, MN native Matt Niskanan from Pittsburgh. Then again there are a lot of d-men available via free agency. jammer2
@hf101 Matthew Dumba might make a roster push this year, ya never know.
hf101
@hf101 Matthew Dumba might make a roster push this year, ya never know.yeah, I think Dumba will get some minutes in the NHL this season. Not sure if he will make the roster though. That is a really young defense. I still wouldn't mind another 7, 8 d-man like Rosival

hf101
Gilbert's 4M replaced by Keith Ballard. 2 year deal worth 3M and a cap hit of 1.5MMaybe the MN native will start to play to his potential.
