Mario99 Posted December 27, 2013 Share Posted December 27, 2013 Watching the WJC in Sweden I was very impressed with McDavid, he is 16 years old playing basically versus 19 year olds and is holding his own. flyercanuck Posted December 28, 2013 Share Posted December 28, 2013 Whether Canada wins or not, through 3 exhibition games and 1 tournament game 16 year old McDavid and 17 year old Ekblad have been 2 of the better players on the team. Sam Reinhart, another 17 year old played well against Germany. It's weird seeing that many guys under 19 on our team. But they all deserve to be there.
