Pastrnak, 18 yr old Czech to make Bruins?

   From the sounds of this article, it's not if he arrives in Boston, but when....and this young kid seems to have his GM on his side. If he lights it up at the upcoming Nashville rookie battle, he may start training camp on the top line, which has a spot available due to the loss of free agent Jerome Iginla. This should be a fun story to watch as the Bruins main camp opens this week. Sounds like a very skilled and fast forward who is very strong on the puck. Never heard of him before I read this story.

Sounds like a bright spot for team. Hope he is all as expected and can become a positive for team.

I don't think Pastrnak will play more than 10 games in Boston this season.  Although talented, the kid apparently needs to put on some muscle.  He currently has a shoulder injury resulting from Saturday's practice as Bartkowski checked him into the boards.

 

I see him playing in Sweden another season.  But who knows he could be back on the roster for the Playoffs next spring.
