Top 10 free falling prospects in Future Watch

The new Hockey News editon of Future Watch just hit the stands. As per usual, THN compiles a list of the top 10 most disappointing prospects....guys in free fall.

Sonny Milano heads the list, the Flyers Sam Morin comes in at #8, with a caveat. Morin fell from #51 in the top 100 to 97....BUT, the ranking has more to do with Morin being surpassed by Myers and Sanheim than anything he has done on the ice. There is a definite lack of offensive flair, but as the article points out, that is not Morin's forte, nor will it be in the NHL either. At least the article was fair to him, but I question whether he belongs in the top 10 free falls to begin with.

After Milano, the top 5 is rounded out by 4 dmen....Boston's Zorbril, NYI's Polock, Carolina's Hayden Fleury and the Oilers Griffin Rienhart. I must say, Flurey looks like the biggest bust of those 4, a big giant miss by the Canes. You would think that given his physicality, Rienhart would have made it by now....does not look good for him either. We all know d men take longer, but they are kinda stinky.
