He may know his hockey, but he had no human relations as Ranger head coach. Showed no

flexibility, no in-game adjustments, no planning................a terrible combination for a head coach.

Glad he's gone. Restoration is moving forward.

Richards is fortunate to be given another chance with the Rangers. For an organization that has been

continously abused by 'has-been' performances throughout the years, the Rangers are taking another

risk. I do not believe he will turn it around.......and the team loses again.

Good luck to Messier and his endeavors. He has all the tools to head the Ranger organization someday.
