Trixie (the bunny in my avatar) heard the horn go many times. She stands up every time the goal horn goes off!!! I was trying to teach her how to fist pound, but she just expects me to pet her every time the goal horn goes off!!!!

I, for one, have waited 41 years to see the Blues hoist The Stanley Cup at centre ice. I would love to believe the prediction. I would be over the moon if it happens next May.

Morrow pick up? Good. Trading Perron? Excellent. Don't get me wrong- he will be missed, but he is one hard hit away from being prematurely retired.

I don't know that we have the goal tending or scoring.

But our season begins tonight. Go Blues!!!!

@hf101- The North stars were cool. Just a blues fan from WAAAAAAY back. I identify with Chi cubs fans as far as a Cup goes...

Of course I saw the FIRST game of Gretzky being a Blue after winning tickets on the radio with my best "let's go BLUES!!!!" cheer. My (then) girlfriend commented on how fast Gretzky was. I told her that she got to see a hall of famer playing for my favourite franchise, and this was my ultimate dream.

Pleas, please, please no comments (except nice ones) about the Great One as a St. Louis Blue, PLEASE!!!!

Us original expansion fans need to stick together!!!!

Full right goalies are hard to shoot against. Crikey- they are very hard to play against if you are a left hand shot.

I played with old WinnWell shin pads, foam Jofa shoulder pads, Cooper pants, gloves and SK600 helmet and Bauer Supreme 90 skates for the longest time. I used my old junior gloves to give more movement.
