I stayed up all night watching the game and man was it worth it. This is what I love. Crosby is starting the game scoring goal and he is soo happy and the whole arena is happy. But they dont know whats coming, like last game. I wonder what goes on in their heads when they take the lead... is this gonna last? will we win this game? it seems like everybode had forgot game 1. I really dont think Devils will sweep Panthers. It will go to 6-7 games and Devils will take it. We will either have it tough against pens and win in game 7 or we will sweep them Boston will sweep - or 5 games Rangers will sweep - or 5 games.

I was watching the swedisg news and saw on the sports that we crushed the leafs (yep I missed the game) and went immediately to NHL.com to check it out and was stunned over I couldnt find anything written about it anywhere on the site. Well, I was thrilled over the win anyway. Oh how wonderful it is to beat the leafs!!! sorry I missed the game.

It was nice to see him on the ice. I really dont think there is a comeback to NHL but I fell good to see him in orange. Lindros and the legion of doom will always have a place in my hart. Too bad Detroit had to be such a good team then.

Yes. Looking into the furure the only worrying thing is our defense but its not alarming. But right now I fell pretty confident moving into playoff. Another thing is Hartnell. Dude I hadnt expect this... I wanted him gone. I have to eat that up. But I think his role is slighty different this year. Last years we had other producers in richards and carter and Hartnell was more a grit player. I think he have taking Carters role very very well.

For a couple of months it didnt looked so good. With Pronger out, Girouxe injured, Bryz playing like a ###hole. Now I think things look much better with Grossman coming in and Bryz playing excellent. Im with you flyercanuck! I can honestly say I've been a Nay sayer. There is noo reason for me to say I wasnt becouse I was right then. Im still a nay sayer becouse I cant be confident in a golie coming here and behaves like he did and play so poor game after game. Obviously he is a high risk player to have. As a fan im glad the team seems to have confident in Bryz and he continues to play good and that it lasts. I dont like the dude, I dont like the money we drenched him in but I like that he finally playes good. Even if he wins the cup for us I rather see Homer going after something lasting in net next year.

I agree. I think fans here have asking for size on the D for a long time now and when we get one then "he is slow" that doesnt make sense. Big defensemen are usually slower than smaller. And if you look at timmo Grossman will look slow compared to him ofcourse. Since big Swedish defensemen rarely doesnt excists (lol) im a little bit proud. The swedish defense school is all about pokechecking and skating well usually, but Grossman is not.

Couldnt say I was over exited when we got him but for what we gave away I think he have been as good as I expected from him. Actually I think he have suprised me and being better than that. He gets the job done in our zone. Been a plus -/+ player and just plain solid.

I like Lavi's system. I like it much more than Hitch's. A golie would most def change things to the better ofcourse. Take a look at the first goal against us in the pens game. NO system can prevent that. That was all Bryz fault. The defenseman (I think it was Grossman) positions in the middle so the forward cant get in front forcing him to shoot from the side. How come Bryz didnt watched his right post??

If he sists in days negotation his sally up before inkin with us I think he must have the confident. The confident is something we have paid for. He knows negotion his sallary up that he went to a team who wants the cup and he said "I can help you get that puck so give me alot of money" Now Homer just look stupid. Support him? when did we not support him? He had all the money and support he needed in the beginning of the season.
