    Not sure which broadcast team member said it but it was words the affect that Crosby needs to play his game and stop the whining and nit picking of the opposition. Illegal hits etc. One major problem that i can see is the Refs are so busy protecting Crosby they miss the dirty play of Malkin. As many have said get used to it this is the mind set of the NHL protect the Pens at all costs.

    Early on there was no VS so you had wait for a spports show to catch the results.

    The Heidi network never changes. Once was watching a game with Ottowa and it went to OT and they went to regular broacasting. With luck it was picked up by VS. It might even have been a playoff game..

    Some tlhings never change bias in favor of Crosby and Malkin continues. Malkin takes whacks at Giroux's head while he iis down on the ice. Missed too many men on the ice gets called by Pens bench and the Refs give it to them. Holding the stick turns into a hook. If this is the way they call the playoffs it will be quick exit. The April fool is all of us that think the Refs do not favor the other team.

    The trap did not stop 35 shots on goal and that many more just shots taken. The culprit(s) were so many giveaways and JMO Danny needs to sit down for a game. Maybe a time out like they give kids will help?

    They did clinch tonight and it was a good game and the son of an old friend from Philly won Maezaroes jersey.

    Is it me or does he look out of sorts out there. I saw him fan on two shots in the O zone and then fanned on a clearing pass in his end. Shots on goal are not on goal. Having said all that I do admit there was not a lot of stellar play overall and especially on the PP

    OK first let me start off with calling Doc E Eddie O and Pierre puke a bunch of biased pieces of crap. No way did they want this game to turn out the wsay it did. Having said all that they did say Kunnis deserved to be tossed. They said it was a deliberate disrespect to the officials. Now lets see what Shanahan does with this deliberate head into the ice pounding. Too bad the score was so close so nobody could go after that creep.

    Bryz has looked fantastic but tonight showed it is still a team effort and allowing the Isles to crash the net to score two goals in a matter of seconds showed that lack of team effort. JMO

    I will admit to being one who did lose faith in Bryz. I hope he continues to prove that my doubting Thomas feeling was wrong. Last night was as he has been saying,"a team effort," Keep on Keeping on.

    Not sure what happened to my original post? Will history repeat itself? Crosby due to return against Rangers. Pens are playing good right now do they really want to try a Lindros move and take a chance on messing with the chemistry of the team and risking another injury this late in the season?

    The closer it gets to the playoffs the more secretive the information on injuries. There is no you show me yours I will show you mine whenit comes to injuries.
