I think he needs to follow his own advice. To me he seems to "care to much" how else can you explain his reaction every time they score. He acts like it's the end of the world. Maybe he should do more like most goaltenders, get mad that he didn't stop it, and just move on and try to channel that energy into stopping the next, like water off a ducks back...instead he dwells on it and it just kills his confidence...you can tell in his body language. He's the one that is letting the pressure get to him. He's already gotten paid...like he says it should be no worries. But yet the pressure is killing him and he can't even hide it. Stop givving the media something to rip you on, keep it short and sweet...bottom line don't give them any juicy quotes.

Well the positive is he got a taste he and Gus, now they both can try and help the Phantoms try and make the playoffs. Hopefully play BIGGER minutes and work on refining their game.

Well for comparison Jack's a NHL career total -88 Carle on the other hand is +54 thats a huge swing....just saying. Hope he's not a Mike Green.

Maybe the Grossman trade is his (Carle) potential replacement (body on the blueline not playing style). And more affordable to resign i'm sure. He's a stay at home Dman. Yes everything you just said, he doesn't seem to pull for them at all just keeps negative things going stirring the pot, then when everything is going good and they are winning he wants (whomever it maybe at the time) them to be interviewed and for them to forget all the negative statements and accusations made like you said without any "actual" source. I'm glad he said this because Panoch is a AZZHOLE and he basically started all the turmoil in the locker room last year poking and prodding Richy every chance he got, even when there was nothing to really talk about he'd just create something...he crosses the line and he loves all the negativity.
