  1. I like our chances against the Rags even though we have not beat them this season. They will come in with over confidence!
  2. You don't want surgery if you can avoid it. You have to give it a bit of time to decide if it is the only option.
  3. It sounds like Kubina will be back this week so Manning will go back down. Bart played his first game back from injury on the weekend..
  4. Frank Seravalli ‏ @DNFlyers The usual return for a herniated disc repair is about 6-to-8 weeks, as Ryan Parent and Michael Leighton both went through it. Tim Panaccio ‏ @tpanotchCSN Meszaros will need disk surgery for fragment removal. A guess? He misses first round of playoffs at least
  5. @radoran I couldn't find a "Like" link on your post but I agree!! Homer was replacing Pronger with Phantoms call ups. The big question is what happens in the off-season???
  6. Unreal that Bryz has four shutouts in five games, Interesting how his game improved with Gossmann coming in to the team. Forget about the eating crow, just enjoy the ride and enjoy the streak!
  7. Voracek brings a lot of energy into the game. The results showed tonight!

Hockey Inspirations: "My dad inspired me a lot when I was a kid. He helped me a lot with my game and he enjoyed it a lot too. I think, when I played junior, Benoit Groulx was my coach who pushed me to get a lot better. I was lucky to have a lot of good coaches when I was younger, too. So a lot of people inspired me."

Last Book Read: "Josh Hamilton’s from the Texas Rangers."

Current Car: "Right now it's a Camaro (gray)." Favorite Meal: "Grilled cheese."

Favorite Ice Cream Flavor: "Chocolate." Greatest Sports Moment: "When we were going to the Stanley Cup final."

Most Painful Moment: "Minus-6 against Ottawa."

Favorite Uniforms: "Flyers (laughs). The Winnipeg new ones are pretty cool."

Favorite Arena: "Montreal. The fans are pretty loud there."

Funny Hockey Memory: "Scott Hartnell, when he threw his glove with five seconds left in the game. And the guy had a breakaway after. Three years ago."

Closest Hockey Friends: "On the team? (Yes.) Matt Carle and James van Riemsdyk."

Funniest Players Encountered: "Aaron Asham and Scott Hartnell."

Toughest Competitors Encountered: "Good question...I'd say Mike Richards. (Why him?) When the game's on the line, he shows up. Just his will to win is pretty amazing to watch."

  9. Carolina but I think he has been out injured for awhile.
  10. I think the new guys have actually made our D step up and play better as well.
  11. The Sabres are sitting in 10th place with a game in hand on Winnipeg but Tampa and Washington have a game in hand on them and Tampa are just one point behind Buffalo. I think Toronto and Carolina can start polishing the golf clubs!
  12. Flyers West are now sitting in 10th place and and gave up a game to the hurting Wings after falling to the last place CBJ's the previous game. Phoenix, Colorado and Calgary look to be their main competition for the last spot. Will they do it?? Considering most thought they would be a big threat this year to go all the way, will heads roll if they don't make it??
  13. And he didn't even run into the goalie after scoring!
  14. Hartnell gets my vote, especially after that goal last night!
  15. Jake is Czech. (same town as Jagr)
  16. @jammer2 The OP named Miller Time said that not Pegulaville26 and I think MT is you know who!

    Goon

I watched it last night and thought it was really good (not sure if better then Slapshot though). I didn't find the language as bad as some but his friend was a bit of a ****! Rinaldo tweeted that it was 40% (?) realistic. I think I need to watch it again soon.
