Gonna miss the next few games because I will be on vacation and disconnected from all devices. I look coward the checking in on Torts Doghouse upon my return.

Why is it that every Flyer that goes down with an injury gets this diagnosis? Now it’s Cam with the same diagnosis as Coots and Ellis…..

So I guess most of the fans decided to skip the Flyers game and just be out with the others climbing light poles. Torts benching Hayes and TK for entire 3rd period. Two leader scorers on team staples to bench with blank look on their faces. Should be an interesting presser. Maybe tonight is the night Torts eviscerates a media member?

How many Flyers went to the Phillies game today? They look like ****, or like the normal Flyers team.

Crowd should be electric after the Phils game. Hope the Flyers capitalize on that energy. Let’s Go Flyers!

It’s early but I think it has something to do with the system/expectations from Torts. The Flyers are defending as a 5 man unit so far this year and that fact has been mentioned by national broadcasters on ESPN and TNT. Although they’re still moments of keystone cops in their own zone, they haven’t had a complete meltdown and **** themselves. Will be interesting to see how D is once Risto returns

Although I miss my family and friends in Rochester, I am just thankful I am no longer living in WNY to have a front row seat for the success of the Sabres and Bills. Buffalo sports fans were obnoxious when their teams sucked, I can’t imagine how much worse they are now that their teams are good.

Hopefully Cam is back soon then someone with more skill will drop to the 4th line, unless he has contracted Ellis-idiss. ELLIS-IDISS: Day to Day, week to week, year to year, he’s doing great and feels much better however his injury may be career threatening

Laczynski is not being pigeonholed IMO. The issue is for now, he is the 4th best Center on the team according to Torts. He is in the same boat as any other 4th line center in the league, you are playing with less skilled players because it’s the nature of the beast. Usually the 4th line would be centered by a veteran rather than a rook but at least Laczynski is getting a change to be in the lineup every night. But it get the argument of he’s not able to develop properly with garbage on his wings and reduced ice time. If here stays here, I see 17 being the 13th forward very soon. I think the flyers have too much money invested in 44 to have him serving popcorn to Holmgren and Robert Earl Clarke. Patience grasshopper.

Agree with you except for goaltending. Yes the 4th goal was soft and should have been stopped, but Sandstrom was the reason they were in a position to steal a point on the road.

After 4 games,this is the first bad 3rd period they have played. Agree with @OccamsRazorthey did not play with enough urgency when they had the 6 on 4. on to the next….

Been a few of those according to the TNT crew between second and third intermission. Consensus was flyers were brig to aggressive and getting out of position defensively.
