@Vanflyer: Hulk junior probably bought one of those laminates at Pittsburgh's Winter Classic a few years ago and he still wears it to all the games.

LOL! Stevens, the cigar store indian behind the bench. Berube would of had to pick him up and place him on top of the bench. Stevens still wouldn't have talked though, just gave the pens that blank stare. Maybe the Flyers are playing a game to see how red they can make Lavy's face before he blows up, calls a time out and chews them a new one.

pretty sad that the "Offical Broadcast Network of the NHL" could not figure out what the penalties were or take a moment to broadcast them before having to rush off to friggin golf coverage of a nothing tourney.

nah-best part was the fat female pens fan with the extra small jersey and "playoff beard" yelling for Lavi to sit down. She was definately a 10 by Pittsburgh standards!

@otp: I agree. Pierre is able to compliment the flyers now and again. Hell will freeze over before Emrick and Edzo ever say anything positive about the Flyers.

Emrick sucks and his anit-Flyer is so bias. Whenever the Flyers score a goal he sounds like someone just killed his cat but when another team scores against the Flyers you would think the y just won he friggin cup.

Awesome to see him standing on the boards calling out the Pens. Only thing that would have been better is if he called out Pierre McGuire for being a Crosby jock sniffer.

Forget about the gimmick, Bryz has been playing more solid of late which is important. That being said though, his lack of movement or reaction in the SO reminded me of the days when John Stevens was behind the bench

Andy-You have know idea how these Buffalo sports fans are and it's tough to put into words. They cling to the least little thing and make a big deal out of it. Last time I went to Buffalo to see the Flyers, I asked the Sabres fans that were throwing popcorn at me, "where do you guys hang your Stanley Cup banners?" -

I have taken great pride and talked big smack this year about their struggles. I would hate to eat crow about the Sabres since I am already full from eating crow about Bryz -
