Amazing stat considering the Flyers lead the league in goals

Since The Winter Classic, the Flyers have played 23 games (including tonight's match against Winnipeg).

In those 23 games, they have allowed to opposition to score first an amazing 13 times. The Flyers have scored first 9 times, and the remaining game was the 0-0 tie going in to the shootout against the Islanders. So if you wanted to you could say they have allowed the other team to score first 14 out of 23 games.

That's just staggering, considering they lead the league in goals. 60 percent of their games they have to play catch up. Yet they score a lot of goals.

What does that say? More than anything it is proof this team does not hit the ice prepared, and they only kick it into gear when they are losing.
