On the back is engraved - " M.E.A. Dubai Ice Hockey League Second Season 1980/'81". Every Google search turns up zilch. Nothing on hockeydb or ice hockey wiki either. Nothing on Google Lens. If anyone can shed some light on the history and context of this medallion it would be greatly appreciated. I had learned that hockey is played in Dubai but I can't find any info about it going back to 1980. Early to mid 90's is the furthest back on any of the articles I have read.
