Hammer the over on this one. 

Yeah we got one B level prospect, a lower first in a bad draft for the second best player on the team, it is VERY close to a Twins deal. 

On the flip side we basically traded Granny for a couple years of Fiala and a B prospect and a pick. 

They brought in Jost to take Fiala's spot with Boldy and Fiala. Talbot is going to be gone because how do you go back to him after not trusting him with the playoffs? I would like to keep DeLo and Middleton as well. 

Score first and we win, dont score first and then we need to win two in a row for Mike Yeo

Jost had an awesome game, he kept showing up. The GREEF line was amazing. Wait until Fiala and Boldy get going. 

DeLo was awesome telling Schenn, keep it up and Ill end you and Schenn's balls shrinking when he tells him he doesn't fight

4-1 Wild and the 1 is at 4:36 left in the third. 

I like that he addressed all the weaknesses on the team without spending a 1st rounder or gutting the prospect pool. 

1. Goalie, Flower could be the reason we advance past the first round

2. Dlo taking care of business so the GREEF Line can stay on the ice

3. Mattson so MAYBE we can clear the trash out in front of the net. 

4. Jost could make a push to center the Fiala Boldy Line if not he gives skill to the hotdish line

The team is better after giving up a prospect that wasn't going to stay here, a Center that refused a longer term deal and a Goalie that was streaky and after getting Flower Redundant. 

So why did they take Rask?

Sturm turned down a longer term, team friendly deal. He was gone so might as well take a chance. 

You trade Dumba in the offseason to get the most back. Dumba needs to be gone he is not worth Tuch, Huala and Fiala. 

I think Goligoski looks hurt or old I can decide which.

Sturm is gone so sell when we can.

If we can sell Talbot do that too.

Damn KK is playing great, maybe he was dinged up and got better. 

$9 mil baby actually showed up! I am a little amazed, he looked engaged and actually trying. 

Holy **** is he playing like crap, if you are not putting up numbers at least show up $9 mil baby.

Its preseason so grain of salt. I absolutely love this team this year. 

1st line is really good:

Kap - EEK- Zucc: You have two highly skilled players and a straight line Center that can play both ways and drive the net.

Fiala - Gaud - Duhaime/Pitlick: Yeah I know he is slotted for the 4th line but Pitlick or Duhaime will be on this line before the year is out. This is the one that needs to really play well for the Wild to excel this year.  Fiala is freaking awesome and I can't wait to see his first 40 goal season

Greenway - Hartman - Foligno: These guys are going to be better then the GreeF line I think, really excited to see Greenway in his trade bait year. 

Pitlick/Duhaime - Sturm - Bjugstad/Rask: Sturm will score 15 this year.

Best of all the country club seems to be gone so I hope these guys have fun and win a playoff series.

The reason is they do not want to bring all the kids up right now because of contracts down the road would be my guess. 

I could see Dumba gone too if they want to keep Fiala. 

Greenway is gone this year. Rask is gone after this year. Rossi will be in the AHL this year so they dont have 4 contracts up in three years for the future of the team. Just a guess.
