All about Kirill and Zucc....Crazy wavelength they have

Give some credit to Calen Addison too...he kept the play in the zone when it could have easily gotten out, and, he directed a bit of traffic that led to the Kap-Zucc collaboration.

Very impressive by the young blue liner, even though the scoresheet will read Kaprizov to Zuccarello.

Addison is very good on PP.  Should have had him up last year, as Spurgeon just isn't as good.  Perhaps this would have helped the abysmal performance on PP last year.  We sure as hel77 didn't need Benn and others melting the ice (see Goligoski this year, then Dumba)

Biggest problem with our current braintrust is their stubborn behavior to have bad decisions become validated.  See:  too much time in AHL for our best players, forcing Gaudreau to be an actual Top 6, making players with Top skill toil on 4th line when they can do more, lineups should never be juggled in spite of results, keeping D partners together when they are starting to emit a stench, justifying players and salaries when they should just let the best play, thinking that 'past performance EQUALS future results' and on....and on

Brodin isn't earning his money this year either......Time for Brock Faber couldn't happen soon enough (March??).  I am beginning to wonder how ALL of our Team D looks so horrendous at the same time - did they 'tweak' something that this spawned this abomination in the back 🤔

Defintely more than a few things the Wild brass are gonna have to figure out.

But from a players' perspective, I'm just glad that Addison is taking actual advantage of this opportunity.
Sometimes a young player can sulk about having to wait for his shot, then when he does, he underwhelms.

Addison is playing like a young man who not only does not want to take another trip to Iowa (Can't blame him...too much damned corn down there!), but is doing all he can he open the bench's eyes (forcefully if need be), about his place on the team.
