Imagine if Buffalo didn't have Vanek they easily could be winless on the season.I know it takes time to "come together" but from where I sit the Sabres upgraded in several areas in the offseason and really should have more depth than they do.The first defensive pairing seems to have fallen off a cliff, though. jammer2 Posted February 4, 2013 Share Posted February 4, 2013 @radoran I betcha management and the fans of the Sabres are holding their collective breath right now, cause from the outside looking in, it appears Myers signed the big deal and is mailing it in....if this continues he might be untradeable and an albratross of a deal for years and years to come. Perhaps there is something stressful going on in his life and his normal play will resume shortly...the Sabres had better hope and pray!
