Buffalo Rick
Man, at Montreal and Philly back to back nights? Are you kidding me? I would say the game at Montreal they will be out to win for sure. They know the Flyers will be rested and ready with a festive crowd awaiting. Sometimes I wonder though if it might be an advantage to have a few shifts rather than be idle? Still, I think the Flyers have an edge due to the schedule. We open in Detroit but get a night off before the opener against an old enemy, Ottawa. Even after that fight I still hate Ottawa far more. I never hated the Leafs. Ottawa, Boston and Montreal I cannot stand.
Commander Clueless
See this is exactly why the Leafs went out and got a second goalie! Unfortunately back to backs happen so I don't think it's that big of a deal. However, it does suck to start out like that. And how could a Sabres fan hate the Leafs when your team seems to have our number far too often? (I'm looking at you, Miller....)

Something I loved from my childhood. Something that could never, ever possibly destroy us. The Toronto Maple Leafs.
Polaris922
NHL Tonight reported the Devils have 22 back to backs... Ouch
Commander Clueless
If you read my other posts I said several times I do NOT hate the Leafs. I have always rather liked them a bit. Montreal, Boston, Ottawa and Philly are the teams I cannot stand Actually, that's what I was talking about. You said it in the post I quoted, so I was trying to say I understood why you wouldn't hate them when the Sabres (Miller) seem to like beating the Leafs at regular intervals (to put it lightly).
