Why no Review? Should have been a Sharks win in OT

Even the commentators during the play could not believe that was not reviewed or even discussed. Someone was asleep at the wheel for sure. However, for me, it is the Sharks (grrr), so not gonna cry over the spilt milk, lol!

Reading posts, it seems the play MAY have been called dead before the puck was poked through Miller. The summaries are confusing but one sounds as though Miller stops the puck, the official waves no goal, calls it dead, then a Shark pokes Miller with a stick to jar the puck loose.
