But when someone just leaps to get a penalty...give him one, and him alone. I'd like to see a double minor for unsportsmanlike just to get it out of the game. James Neal got a $2K fine for his diving but he makes $5mm per year. 1/2500th of his salary. He won't even miss that. How about a fine of 1% of the player's salary? You wouldn't have diving then.
