Call Customer Service (45 minute wait) and get routed to the wrong operator, (Cancelation Operator), Can't help me, but offered to re-rout me Customer Service. I hung up and watched Hockeystreams instead. Qustions?: Why switch mid-year? Why raise price? What is the status of my subscription? Just goes to demonstrate that the NHL does not care about the fans or players, just money. After 53 years of loyally following NHL. go to games, buying merchandise, and supporting NHL Game Center. off_the_post Posted February 3, 2016 Share Posted February 3, 2016 I was shocked at the change. I caught the last 3 minutes of the Flyers game last night on my ipad. All I saw was constant freezing and hearing Matt Read scored. I've spent 5 minutes on the new app and hate it. I see they have already put an update out for iOS devices.
