hobie
McE has minor injuries and probably won't play tonite, Sparks didn't play last night so he might be on tonite.

hobie
I'm not ready to write Sparks off yet. Blu you think something's up? " While he's still yet to be offered a starter's workload at the AHL level, he's having yet another season where he's well above the league's average save percentage, running a 0.925 SV% attached to two shutouts and a 5-5-0 record. This brings him to a career record of 33-15-3 with 6 shutouts and a 0.923 save percentage, well above the AHL average of 0.905. BluPuk
I still don't get why they called up Sparks. McElhinney played great anyway.

WordsOfWisdom
I still don't get why Bibeau isn't playing as the backup... unless they just don't want him up here sitting on the bench all the time.
hobie
Sparks' record this year 16-7-0, his GAA is 2.21 and SV% .923 Bibeau record 10-11-SOL 1, his GAA 2.88 and SV% .901 Maybe this is why Sparks was called up last month instead of Bibeau.
