    That little flurry by Konecny and the Flyers was one too many passes, but actually should have been a penalty on Gudas.

    What line is Keith Yandle on like the 5th line on the D. This is the first time I actually saw him. What is he averaging like 10 minutes per game?

    That is quite sad. For tonight's game watch Panthers defensemen Petteri Lindbohm. It is his first game with the club and I believe his first game in the NHL in 5 years. He will be playing on the 3rd line for the D.

    I guarantee you that it will turn around. Maybe shake up the front office and straighten it out. As for the Panthers I was only 2 years old when the franchise actually started in 1993. So zero Cups hoisted. I am hoping for the hoist this year.

    Is it not true that the seats at the games are pretty empty? That is a damn shame actually. The Flyers are a great franchise to let it fall apart. They won 2 Stanley Cups haven't they?

    Here is what I got to go with. Of course if the Panthers can survive the East they will win it all. I think that is quite possible. I think they will play against the Avalanche for the cup and hoist it in the end.

    I am brand new here and a Panthers fan. Was just told by Joe Th0rnton that this forum has a heavy Flyers fan base. I am not here to crash the party or anything like that. Just to say hey.

    Thanks for the welcome. Well you have a Panthers fan now and I will post other places when I feel I can contribute. I looked at the one other NHL forum which seems a lot larger than this one and actually I was going to sign up for it , but when I went to register they didn't have that option only a log in option. So that has to be a sign or something that I am suppose to be here in the smaller place.

    Is Alex Ovechkin better than Wayne Gretzky I would say no. Is he even better than Mario Lemieux I am not even sure about that or even the great Gordie Howe or Bobby Orr. One thing I can definitely say he will go down as a 10 all time best player in the NHL for sure whether he breaks Gretzky's record or not. I hardly if at all remember Gretzky's career and of course do not remember Howe or Orr's. Lemieux I do remember some of his career.

    I am new here and see there isn't much activity at all in the Florida Panthers section so hopefully that will change with me joining now. Tonight's match-up faces a struggling Flyers club with Keith Yandle returning which might be more intriguing than the game itself. Bob will be in the nets tonight with what looks to be Carter Hart for the Flyers. Noel Acciari will continue to give that intensity the club needs as the 4th line Center at least for now.
