I watched it last night and thought it was really good (not sure if better then Slapshot though). I didn't find the language as bad as some but his friend was a bit of a ****! Rinaldo tweeted that it was 40% (?) realistic.
INJURY UPDATE: Flyers GM Paul Holmgren: "Kimmo Timonen and Andrej Meszaros will be out indefinitely with lower body injuries." I don't like the indefinitely bit!
So the Canucks traded a third line center for a fourth line clutch and grab winger?? How many minutes will that line get in the playoffs when the bench is shortened? It seems that the hero Malhotra is on the nose of Canucks fans even after his heroics coming back last playoffs but you have him on the third line. It could be a great trade for the future but the question I am sure you are asking is "Does it help the Canucks win the Cup this year??"
Vancouver lost two in a row and traded their Calder Candidate!!! So you have given up on the Bruins as well?? Detroit have lost two in a row as well. Maybe time to trash them too.
Will the Mighty Bruins miss the playoffs? Everyone picked them to repeat but in the month of Feb have lost 8 and won 5 compared to the Flyers who have exactly the same record.
These Western trips can be dangerous. 2 wins and 2 losses not too bad and good to see Bryz playing like an NHL Goalie!! I hope he can keep it up at home. #8 Grossman is looking like a keeper as well!!
Injured Reserve as of Feb 17, 2012 (Torn groin muscle - Out 6-8 weeks) Could be back in time, maybe miss a few games but more likely only if we make it to the second round.
