Brewin Flames, April 28 in Chicago Blackhawks
Imo, Just a tad late, def targeted the head, you can clearly see him get his elbow set before impact.
Not a great hit.
I agree @Brewin Flames
Primary contact point was the head.
I don't mind this is if it's shoulder to shoulder or shoulder to chest.
In real time that hit is a under a second "late". If he doesn't hit Kubalic's head, take a number and get Schenn later in the contest.
I like the follow-up fight.
I don't like that there was no penalty. 4 officials on the ice and not a single one sees a damn thing--except for the occasional fantasy.
I think it's not quite as bad in real time, but there was still plenty of time to not deliver that hit and definitely to not go for the head.
Don't the Hawks have anyone else than Zadorov to go for a fight? Because... I mean... umm...
Bolts are definitely going to have to make due without Schenn after the league gets done here though.
No penalty, but methinks DPS is going to want to have a word with Luke.
Thing is, Schenn has been fantastic since joining the Bolts.
Non of the idiocy we have all seen from him elsewhere.
I guess he was due for a bad decision.
Late hit, elbow coming out, and yea, looked like it didn't bother him one bit that Kube's head was right there.
And yes, in real time, tough to see exactly what and where.
Fortunately, the Bolts had the foresight to have many more defensemen on hand than most people thought was necessary.
Hoping Kubalik isn't seriously hurt.
