Minnesota Wild Fall 7-3 to Calgary, Extends Losing Streak to 3 Games

 

Not a big surprise in this one.  Calgary's physicality was going to make it tough for a banged up Wild team and they started out slow and hesitant.  The 4th line seems to be good for one major mistake a game.  Jared Spurgeon had a rough game.  I have a game recap, an extended Iowa Wild report, prospect news and a summary of the Girls HS hockey state tournament.  Check it out!

Funny to hear Zane McIntyre called a veteran. He's from Thief River Falls, played USHL at Fargo Force, where he often volunteered as assistant to help run 6 a.m. practices with my son's Moorhead bantam team, and collegiately at UND. He's lanky, acrobatic and fun to watch.
