2 minutes ago, Tomdog said:

The TNT ref says the call on EEkwas a good call. I guess it's on the Wild to stay out of the Avs way.

ON TVA Sports they said the opposite: It's Cogliano who went bumping against Eriksson Ek, hence shouldn't be a penalty.

That goal was the result of poor time management on the Wild's part.
SOMEBODY on that bench had to realize the penalty to Byram was about to expire, and call it out to the guys on the ice.

And if someone did, then the guys on the ice didn't pick it up, and Byram had an easy one on one with the goalie.

Avs were aware of the penalty time, Minnesota was not, bottom line, unfortunately.

Yep...as @wildstars95 said, the Wild have fans in attendance!

Should the Wild, some how, some way, make it the Finals, I don't care who it is against, there WILL be Wild fans in those buildings.... Tampa, New York, Newark, Raleigh, Boston...even Toronto.
Man that would be sweet hearing cheers for Minnesota at Scotiabank Arena!

Leaves® fans would have chit over that!

Dallas fans CAN'T be happy with the development in the Central.

Stars controlled the division almost all year, then slump a bit, while the Avs and Wild play out of their gourds and catch them, and now it's basically a flat footed three team race the rest of the way for the division title and home ice against everyone except possibly the winner of the Pacific.
