Every time Zucc can punch the Rangers in the neck, you can bet he enjoys it.
Started his career there, never quite stuck, there was some differences of opinion as to what his role shoudl be...fans even booed him over there.

He loves to stick it to NY whenever he can!

Back to back cardiac games....first the Bolts n Sens, now the Rangers n Wild...
I can't take much more of this...

That was a really cardiac game for me too. After the bad start with 0:3 score our team showed the character and was able to win in SO.

And against a team who only gave up 8 goals in their 6 game win streak. 😮

Adam Fox is such a stabilizing component for the Rangers on the blue line....maybe with him in there, the Wild don't get to come back.
Also, Shesterkin would have been much tougher to beat than the fly-by-his-pants-seat Quick.

I'll take the two points of course, but there should still be plenty for the Wild coaching staff to get the team to iron out.
Great finish doesn't quite mitigate the poor start long term.

All very true, But we took advantage when we needed it most.
I'd still start Fleury against NYI and put Gus back against the Rangers again to let him redeem himself. I'm sure he'd want the chance.
Then Fleury on the next night back to back.
