So instead of a drinking game, we should play Match the Cliche to the Player. Is Parise going to say “Unacceptable. “ again? How about Staal for “We have to figure this out. No one will do it for us.” Maybe a “We have to work harder” from Suter? Who blames the Nino trade?

Would you rather listen to our excuse factories?

Oh gosh no. But a new player automatically on the PP just for showing up to be here... Over players who've been here without ever getting a look just makes so much sense.

We beat Winnipeg

Lose to Detroit

Lose to Philly

Barely beat the Kings

And are behind the Ducks badly after 1 (period)

And it's nothing but Wild.com ads one after the other.

Oh well...iffin ya can't win the games, may as well win the click wars....

So, when do you blame your (lack of) leadership?  Pull the C and one A before the season is shot.  When you make the most, and are in a position of leadership, sooner or later the ‘buck stops’ with you.  Old ‘flaps down’ Suter and the Clyde need to be held accountable.  Does Mgmt have the guts?

No. Because it's not their team. It's Koivu, Parise and Suter's team.

Was it last year about this time, or February, when Wild players were driving Boudreau insane with their poor play and people were predicting he'd have a heart attack, quit or resign?

Worse...
He is now negotiating with management on an extension so he can "see this damned thing through to the very end!"

But I don't pin any of this on Boudreau. Most the time I think he's being forced by upper management / because Boudreau is a good coach and no dummy.
