Plus the Rangers can't score goals. They didn't look too great in the first round and Lundqvist stole several games for them. It can't last forever against a good team.
He never will. He tells me he thinks it's unfair that people write off Crosby as a d o u c h e when he's a great guy off the ice and blah blah blah. Crosby is just as whiny off the ice and tries to play diplomat but whines when it doesn't go his way. He doesn't get that Crosby is just an immature punk. Sure he's only 25, but he's been in this league for 7 years. Sean Couturier is more mature than Crosby at 19 years old.
I'll take Florida. I know the Devils aren't that great but they're better. I'll be confident about this next series though. Definitely easier than the Caps or Rangers.
The Capitals played a good defensive game but they have very little firepower and didn't face a pure offensive team like the Flyers. Plus Boston wasn't as good as everyone made them out to be. I don't see why the Flyers couldn't handle anyone in the East with ease (minus the Rangers) barring they play like they did in Game 6 every game. Holtby is the man but he has a weak glove and the Flyers have the shooters to exploit that. It would be a good series but I'm not too worried about the Capitals.
Honestly, from the one replay I saw, it was kind of impossible to tell if Malkin hit his head or not. It looks shoulder on shoulder to me but at the same time could totally be a shoulder to head hit. I thought the Kennedy hit was worse. I was pissed they didn't call that a charge and then ten seconds later we got a charging penalty.
That's the other thing I'm scared of. He'll suck here and go play somewhere they don't care like for the Islanders and win 5 straight Vezinas and 7 Cups in 8 years.
